This is for your 2nd PC only.
It’s recommended to disable defender completely.

Open Defender Control
Step 1: You will need to do this in “Virus & threat protection settings”:
Once off, you can now open Defender Control v2.1
Step 2: Disable Windows Defender
Step 3: Run your cheats without any issues!
